I am a yoga instructor with training specific to kids yoga and yoga for supporting mental health. 

I am a mom of 4 little ones! My twin girls are 5, my son is 2, and my littlest lady is 10 months!

I started yoga as a way to stretch after playing sports but quickly learned that it is so much more than that, and fell in love with the wonders it did for my mood and mental health. 

Today, I use it to ease the struggles of my motherhood journey, and help fill my life with more joy and connection. It is my best friend when I feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, lost in motherhood, or need some self care. It’s how I show up for my kids in a more calm and less crazy way 😜 

I teach yoga in an effort to share these feelings with more people who, like me, are searching for joy, connection, stillness, and space in their lives.
